The type of personal data collected for marketing purposes/for the purpose of carrying out the agreed tasks may include:

● Contact Data/Personal Identifiers: may include first name, maiden name, last name, username your billing address, delivery address, email address and telephone numbers.

● Profile Data: may include your username and passwords to email accounts and social media accounts, purchases or orders, your interests, preferences, feedback and survey responses.

● Technical Data: may include your login data, internet protocol addresses, browser type and version, browser plug-in types and versions, time zone setting and location, operating system and platform and other technology on the devices you use to access this site.

● Transaction Data: may include details about payments between us and other details of purchases made by you.

● Marketing and Communications Data: may include your preferences in receiving marketing communications from us and our third parties and your communication preferences.

Where I get personal information from

 

Most of the personal information I process is provided to me directly by you for one of the following reasons:

● You provide the information during the booking/onboarding process

 

How long I keep information

 

Your information will be kept for a maximum of seven years. I need to keep customer information long enough to satisfy HMRC and my insurer. I keep information on prospective customers long enough to make my sales enquiry system effective. If you subscribed to a newsletter or updates list, you will remain on the list(s) you joined until you unsubscribe from that list.
